Shipping policy

Shipping Carriers

We ship via multiple shipping carriers from Langley, British Columbia. You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Shipping cost is determined by the total size and weight of your order. Prior to any payment, our system will calculate the shipping cost of your order as charged by your selected shipping carrier. Since our system often does not quote proper shipping costs for large volume orders such as targets, please contact us for custom shipping quotes for multiple targets.

In-Store Pickup

We do not offer free shipping; local pickup is available during our retail hours at 104 - 20460 Langley Bypass, Langley, British Columbia. If you wish to order online and collect your item(s) at our retail store, select "Local Pickup" from the list of delivery options during your checkout process. If another person will be picking up your order, prior to payment, insert the name of the person who will be picking up your order in the Box just above the checkout box. Please provide your purchase order number to that person. We will ask that person for the name on the order and the order number. We will hold your order for 30 days after we send you your "Ready for Pickup" email. Orders that are not picked up within this 30-day time frame may be cancelled at our sole discretion.

Processing Time

Orders are processed on a first in first out basis; most orders will be shipped in 1 to 2 business days. There may be delays if we have a larger than normal order volume on any one day.

Shipping Hold

If we receive a request by email that an outbound shipment needs to be delayed, we will hold orders which have been paid in full, for a maximum of 10 days.

Courier Pickup Times

Our outbound packages are picked up by shipping carriers Mondays through Fridays excluding holidays.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is determined by your shipping option and shipping destination (delivery times to major urban centres will be quicker).  We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • FedEx Express Saver (delivery time of 1 to 4 business days) ***
  • FedEx Ground (delivery time of 1 to 7 business days)***
  • Purolator Express Saver (delivery time of 1 to 4 business days) ***
  • Purolator Ground (delivery time of 2 to 7 business days)***
  • Canada Post Trackable Expedited Parcel (delivery time of 1 to 7 business days) ***
  • Canada Post Non-Trackable Letter Mailer for single discs (delivery time of up to 4 weeks)***

***These estimated delivery times are provided by your selected shipping carrier and are not guaranteed delivery times. Estimated shipping delivery times begin after your order is picked up by the carrier's driver, not at the time of order. Once your package leaves our facility, we have no control over when it will be delivered. For international customers, please allow extra time for your package to clear customs.

International Taxes and Brokerage Fees

Please note that your shipment may incur additional taxes which are determined when your order enters your country and are out of our control. If your country charges you an import tax and/or sales tax, you will have to pay these taxes to the delivery carrier company to receive your package. Your delivery carrier may also charge a brokerage fee for ferrying your package from our location through customs and on to you.

Tracking Your Package

If you choose to pay for trackable shipping, i.e. Canada Post Expedited Parcel, FedEx, or Purolator, we will email you a tracking number immediately after your order has been processed by our shipping department.

Please note that your tracking number will not work until it has been picked up and scanned by your chosen delivery carrier.

My tracking information says "Delivered", but my order isn't here yet.

Some shipping carriers are marking packages as "Delivered" before they are dropped off. We assume it is faster for them, even if it is a little confusing for us. Generally these packages get delivered shortly after you receive a "Delivered" notification. If your package hasn't arrived within 1 business day of a "Delivered" notification, please contact us.

Non-Tracked Letter Mailers

If you choose to use Canada Post's Single Disc Use at Your Own Risk Non-Trackable Letter Mailer, you will receive an email confirmation upon payment and you will receive a second email confirmation when your order is packed.  This second email will include a note "mailed". Please note that we have no control over what happens to these Letter Mailers once we give them to Canada Post. Canada Post has advised that, during normal times, these Letter Mailers are delivered to a locked mailbox or to a home.  If no one is available to receive a Letter Mailer at a residence, Canada Post will leave a “missed delivery slip” and deliver the Letter Mailer to the closest post office for your pick up. From our experience, most of these Letter Mailers will be delivered (sometimes quickly and sometimes after a long delay) but there will always be a few that will disappear. If a Letter Mailer goes missing, Canada Post cannot track it and we have no recourse. Canada Post’s website states the following at https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/cpc/en/support/kb/receiving/mail-delivery/how-to-resolve-undelivered-mail:

“If you are waiting for a letter to arrive, please be aware that standard delivery times vary depending on distance. Local mail typically takes 2 days, mail within the province requires 3 days, and mail sent nationally requires 5 days for delivery. The quality of our mail delivery is very important to us. We monitor our mail delivery regularly, and we are always working to improve our services and mail security. Please note that we can only investigate individual letters that have been assigned a tracking number. For regular mail, your feedback helps us learn where to improve our delivery system. Feedback will not receive a direct response. “

Delivery Delays and Policies

Please note that your order may not be delivered until after the shipping carrier's estimated delivery date. As well, some shipping carriers have implemented a Knock, Drop and Go approach to eliminate customer interactions at the door and support social and physical distancing. Delivery employees knock or ring, choose the safest location available to leave your parcel and then depart for the next address.
