How do I add a note to my order?

Once you have added an item to your cart, a Check out box should pop up with a "View cart" box. Click "View cart" and insert your note into the "Order special instructions" box. Then proceed to Check out.

If you opt to buy with express checkout such as Shop Pay, PayPal or Apple Pay, you will bypass our Cart Page with the "Order special instructions" box so you will have to send an email with your note to support@innovadiscgolfcanada.ca.

Why did my item disappeared from my cart before I could purchase it?

Unfortunately, our ecommerce platform does not have a reserve function that locks an item after it is added to your cart. This means that whoever checks out first gets the item.

Can I add another item to my order?

The quickest way for you to add to your existing order is to make a second order, click on "View cart" and then insert a note into the "Order special instructions" box that the second order is to be combined with your first order stating the first order number, and pay for shipping. We will then combine the orders and refund you the difference in shipping costs. If your second order results in your order moving up to a bigger box size, it may make a small difference in shipping cost.

If you receive an email prior to making your second order which says "Your Order is on the Way", we have already packaged up your order and it is no longer possible to combine your orders.

Please do not choose "Local Pickup" if you do not intend to pick up your order as this means that we have to manually calculate shipping costs later on. And if you do not reside in British Columbia, we have to manually adjust applicable provincial sales taxes. Manual calculations result in longer shipping turnaround times for all of our customers.

Can I change my order because I picked the wrong disc by accident?

If you notice that a disc that you have purchased was not the one you intended, please send an email to support@innovadiscgolfcanada.ca as soon as possible so we can work with you to update your order.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please send an email with your order number to support@innovadiscgolfcanada.ca as soon as possible. Please review our Return Policy and note that a 5% restocking fee will apply because every payment provider charges the seller a transaction fee based on a percentage of the purchase amount whether or not an order is fulfilled or cancelled. If your order has already been fulfilled and picked up by a courier, please refer to our Return Policy.

What can I do if I forgot to apply my gift card code?

Unfortunately, our ecommerce platform does not have an option to retroactively apply any gift cards codes after your order is submitted.

Will you be carrying other brands made by Innova Champion Discs such as Millenium and Infinite?

The plan is to try to stock the full Innova line first. Millenium and Infinite discs are on our to-do list to discuss further down the road.

What are my shipping options?

How can I help with the shipping process?

Please make sure your delivery address matches the address set out on carrier websites such as Canada Post's postal code lookup. It helps the carriers if your address is described the same way as it is set out in their system.

Why is my tracking number not working?

Please note that some carriers scan packages upon pickup, and others will not scan the package until it has reached their facility. If you have just received your tracking number, please allow 24-48 hours for any tracking links to update.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please send an email to support@innovadiscgolfcanada.ca as soon as possible. We can update your shipping address as long as it does not affect the shipping cost for a tracked parcel.

What do I do if I received the wrong item?

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please send an email to support@innovadiscgolfcanada.ca. Please include a photo of your packing slip so that we can further investigate what went wrong.

PAYMENT FAQs

Do you take credit card payments over the phone?

To safeguard our customers, we do not take credit card payments over the phone. If you do not wish to use your credit card on our website, you can purchase a prepaid credit card (available at many banks and retailers) with a set amount to cover your online purchase.

Can I use my debit card to purchase an item from your website?

Our website will accept Visa debit cards (and not other debit cards).

Apple Pay

Although there is currently no way to save your payment in our site, it is possible to pay with Apple Pay or a similar equivalent which stores your payment information in your device. This will speed up your checkout and bypass having to enter your information every time you make a purchase. This is a great way to ensure that your checkout process is a smooth as possible. 

However, if you have issues with these payment options, we have no way of troubleshooting these issues as they are not directly affiliated with our site. Sometimes these payment methods will not work due to issues on your device or with the payment program itself.

If you are having issues with one type of payment, we suggest trying a different method or checking to see if it is an issue with your device. Again, we cannot help troubleshoot these issues.
