Refund policy

Return Policy

Unused items in original packaging returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a refund on the value of the returned item to the original payment method used for the purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided. Shipping charges are NOT included in the return amount.

Note that final sale items, custom hot-stamped or printed items, and gift cards cannot be returned. 

Return Shipping

Unless you have received an incorrect item or a defective item, you are responsible for paying any shipping cost to return your item. Please include your order transaction number in your return package. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Defective Item

If you receive a defective item, please email us at support@innovadiscgolfcanada.ca immediately with a detailed description of the defect and provide supporting photographs of the defective item. Please note that cosmetic blemishes on discs are not considered defects as cosmetic imperfections do not affect the flight of a disc. If an item is defective, we will send you a replacement as long as we have the same item in stock. If that item is not in stock, we will work with you to arrange a refund or exchange.

Incorrect Item

If you receive an incorrect item, please email us at support@innovadiscgolfcanada.ca immediately with a detailed description and provide supporting photographs of the incorrect item. We will work with you to arrange a refund or exchange.

Price Adjustments

Our product prices may fluctuate due to changes in paid exchange rates and shipping fees. We do not do price adjustments.
